Stefan Ryter
Owner
Stefan Ryter combines an entrepreneurial spirit with a deep respect for tradition and craftsmanship. As a co-owner of Röthlisberger Interior Production AG, he continues to lead the company with foresight—always striving to preserve what already exists while boldly developing new ideas.
He coordinates projects, thinks in terms of solutions, and creates structures that provide security for customers, employees, and partners. Whether it’s organization, strategy, or discussions on the construction site, Stefan keeps everything on track and ensures that every project is executed reliably and flawlessly.
What drives him: creating living spaces that retain their value—and a team that takes pride in and enjoys working toward the final result.
Sandra Ryter
Owner
Sandra Ryter embodies sensitivity, precision, and a deep understanding of home living. She attentively guides clients through the entire decision-making process—from the initial consultation to the finished space.
With a keen eye for materials, textiles, and harmony, she combines functionality and comfort with warmth and personality. Her strength lies in listening, interpreting what clients need—and finding solutions that stand the test of time.
For Sandra, craftsmanship is more than just a product: it is service, responsibility, and trust—grounded in experience, respect, and a genuine joy in working with people.
Clément Boucherel
Studio & Workshop
Clément is in his element where materials, tools, and precision come together. In our workshop, with a steady hand, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail, he ensures that ideas are transformed into tangible solutions.
Whether it’s adjustments, repairs, or custom-made pieces—Clément works meticulously, methodically, and with a commitment to making every piece as good as it can possibly be.
His passion for technology extends to his personal life as well: Clément loves the mountains, enjoys skiing—and even holds a pilot’s license. This blend of focus, responsibility, and a love of precision is evident in his work every day.
For him, craftsmanship means patience, respect for the material—and pride in the result.
Alexander Ruhland
Studio & Workshop
Alexander works where ideas take shape. In the studio and workshop, he combines precision craftsmanship with practical thinking, ensuring that concepts are brought to life with clean lines, functionality, and a touch of flair. With a steady hand and an eye for detail, he guides projects from the planning stage through to the finished product.
His passion for music, DJing, and mixing sharpens his sense of rhythm and atmosphere—qualities that are also evident in his work. Winter sports, hiking, traveling, and good food provide him with balance and new inspiration for his daily work as a craftsman.
For Alexander, doing good work means being meticulous, reliable, and taking joy in the creative process.
Renate Elsässer
Administration
Renate makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes of our projects. In administration, she keeps track of everything, organizes workflows, and is often the first point of contact for clients and partners.
With her calm, dependable manner, she creates structure so the team can focus entirely on their craft.
Renate finds balance with her dog, through reading, and by knitting—activities that, like her work, require patience, attention, and consistency.
For Renate, good collaboration means being clear, friendly, and sincere.

It all began in 1935 in Saanen:
Fritz Röthlisberger opened a small saddlery—and in doing so laid the foundation for a company that, to this day, is defined by artisanal precision and loyalty to the region. His vision was clear: not simply to sell products, but to enhance living spaces.
Just a few years later, the business moved to Dorfstrasse 45. To this day, this location remains our home—a workshop, a gathering place, and a space for ideas.
With the second generation, the company continued to grow: René and Meieli Röthlisberger gradually expanded the saddlery into an interior design business offering consultation, custom fabrication, and installation. The craftsmanship remains, while the possibilities grow.
In 2001, a new chapter began:
Sandra Ryter took over the company and, together with Stefan Ryter, led it into its fourth generation. Time-honored traditions remain—but the focus has shifted more toward project-based support, quality, and customized solutions.
In 2012, the traditional retail store was transformed into a showroom. Since then, consultations have been intentionally conducted in person, in a calm atmosphere, and by appointment. Listen more. Understand better. Execute better.
Today, Röthlisberger Interior Production stands for craftsmanship in action:
Curtains, rugs, sun protection, insect screens, upholstery, furniture, and beds—carefully planned, neatly crafted, and professionally installed.
